Registration fee:
The registration fee for the 1-day Rheology Short Course is
$ 250 * per person.
The registration fee for the 2-day Rheology Short Course is
$ 400 * per person.

Seminar materials and meals are included in the registration fee.
A continental breakfast and lunch is provided each day of the course. You will be on your own for dinner.

*Seminars are complimentary for customers in the USA who purchase either a Thermo Scientific HAAKE MARS or a Thermo Scientific HAAKE CaBER rheometer in 2009.

Payment:
Payment must be made by check or PO#. Checks should be made payable to Thermo Fisher Scientific. After completing this form, confirmation of enrollment and a map/directions to the training facility will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment or PO#.

We do reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of attendees is not reached. If you cannot attend, please notify us 10 days prior to the scheduled seminar and we will refund 90% of the enrolment fee. For cancellations made after that we will refund 40% of the enrollment.
